EVIL-MONGERING ELDERLY ATTACK AGAIN

Found the following excerpt over at Michelle Malkins blog

  • No shouting. Congressional representatives cannot sell Obamacare with mobs of unruly senior citizens and small business owners interrupting to press them on specific sections of the bill.
  • Do refrain from boisterous shrieking against those who accuse you of lacking patriotism - unless you are Hillary Clinton, who bellowed at the top of her lungs in 2003: “I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you’re not patriotic. We should stand up and say we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration.”
  • No laughing. Snickering at proponents of nationalized health care is rude, bordering on political terrorism. Stifle all derisive chuckling at bogus statistics and denials that Obamacare will lead to long lines and rationed care. That would be “evil-mongering,” as Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid put it on Thursday.

Saddam Hussein Executed

Saddam Hussein, the former dictator of Iraq who came to
be known as the ‘Butcher of Baghdad’, was hanged at dawn today in
Baghdad for crimes against humanity, Iraqi state television reported.

The 69-year-old former president was marched to the gallows and
executed just after 6 a.m. in Iraq, marking a violent end to the life
of a man notorious for killing thousands of his own people.

Al Arabiya and Al Hurra, the U.S.-funded media outlet in Iraq, first
reported the hanging. A formal announcement was formally made on
state-run Iraqiya television minutes later.

In his final moments, Saddam was to be handed a ‘red card’ — a
symbolic death order given to condemned men that was first introduced
under Hussein’s regime.

Saddam was found guilty, and sentenced to death, in early November
for ordering the execution in 1982 of 148 Shiites in the city of Dujail
following a botched assassination attempt.

Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki had approved an execution order
Friday after several hours of intense consultations with President
Jalal Talabani and American authorities. The death warrant ended any
chance of a last-minute reprieve for Saddam by Iraqi leaders.

“There is no review or delay in implementing the execution verdict against Saddam,” al-Maliki said.

“Anyone who rejects the execution of Saddam is undermining the martyrs of Iraq and their dignity.

Nobody can overrule the execution sentence issued against Saddam.”
